How to Book
Please download and print our booking form. You can click on the icon below to open the form in your browser and then print it from there, or you can right click on it, save it, and open it after it has downloaded. Either way, just print the form, fill it in, and return it to us at the address on the form, with your deposit.
If you Contact Us we can make a provisional booking for you to reserve your dates while your booking form is in the post, but please note that provisional bookings are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days.
The booking deposit is 20% of the total cost. A further 40% is payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday, and the balance must clear into our bank before arrival, or if you prefer you can settle up in cash when you arrive.
Once we receive your booking form and deposit, we'll post you a written, signed letter confirming receipt of your deposit and the dates and details of your booking. We'll remind you about a week before further payments are due, and we are always be happy to answer any questions about planning your journey and your holiday.
