You can make a provisional booking using the Contact Us page, which will be held for 7 days while you send us a Booking Form and a deposit of 20%. A further 40% is payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday, and the balance must clear into our bank before arrival.

We can offer some flexibility on arrival time for the first booking of the season, and on departure time for the last booking of the season. Most other times we can't be flexible, although if you arrive in the area before 4pm you are welcome to unload your baggage into the games room.

A cleaning and damage deposit of £200 is required with all bookings. This will be promptly refunded provided the villa is left reasonably clean with no damage.

We will meet you personally at the villa on arrival and departure. We will give you our mobile number and we are never very far away if you have any problems during your stay.
