As is usual in the villa rental industry, it is a requirement of our booking Terms and Conditions that the house be left in a clean and tidy state. However, we recognise that for some parties, cleaning a large house while simultaneously packing and organising several children for a long journey is just too much to ask.

Les Arbres is a large property and our exit cleaning service offers excellent value for money. With an exit clean you can enjoy your holiday right to the last minute and then just pack up and go.

Please note that booking this service does not excuse you from the duty of taking good care of our property. We expect all our guests to keep our soft furnishings clean at all times, wipe up spills as they occur, and keep up with the usual day-to-day chores such as washing up, emptying rubbish and recycling, and removing oven spills before they become baked-on. We just don't expect you to clean on the day you leave.

If you do not book an exit clean you are expected to perform some basic cleaning duties before leaving. Cleaning products and equipment are provided:

• Strip all used beds.
• Wash, dry, and put away all kitchen items.
• Dispose of your rubbish and recycling (responsibly please).
• Clean the barbecue, grill, and tools.
• Clean the kitchen and bathroom surfaces, bath, basins, toilets and shower cubicles.
• Clean the oven, shelves, and grill pan.
• Return any furniture that has been moved to its original place.
• Hoover the floors and rugs.

If you do not book an exit clean and we have to call in our cleaners, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
